VIP Promotions

Reward your best customers with exclusive offers using Private (Abra Link) promotions. Share unique links via email or SMS to give VIPs access to special discounts, early access, or free gifts.

How It Works

Create a Private promotion and share the Abra Link with your VIP customers. When they click the link, the promotion activates for their session and they see exclusive pricing, messaging, and rewards throughout your store.

Example:

• Email subject: "VIP Exclusive: 25% Off + Free Gift"

• Abra Link directs to homepage or featured collection

• VIPs see strikethrough pricing and VIP messaging as they browse

• Discount applies automatically at checkout

When to Use VIP Promotions

• Reward top spenders or loyal customers

• Drive engagement with high-value segments

• Test new products or pricing with trusted customers

• Create exclusivity to increase perceived value

Setup

1. Open the Abra app and click Create Promotion

2. Set Visibility to Private

3. Add your discount (percentage off, free gift, free shipping, etc.)

4. Configure settings (thresholds, rewards, usage limits)

5. Add storefront blocks with VIP-specific messaging (e.g., "Exclusive VIP Offer")

6. Click Save

7. Click Copy link to get your Abra Link

8. (Optional) Customize the link destination to send VIPs to a specific product or collection

9. Share the link via email, SMS, or direct message

Tips for VIP Promotions

Enable Dynamic Pricing

Enable Dynamic Strikethrough Pricing so VIPs see discounted prices as they browse. This reinforces exclusivity and increases conversion.

Customize Storefront Blocks

Segment Your VIP List

Use different Abra Links for different VIP tiers (e.g., top 1% vs top 10%) to track performance and tailor future offers.
